Coptersafety is temporarily closing its operations until further notice

Dear Customers,

The overall difficult situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and following governmental restrictions around the world, with huge impact especially on travel industry, have both affected the ability to arrive to and depart from Coptersafety.

Despite our best efforts to keep going, due to minimal numbers of pilots arriving to train at our base in the past weeks, Coptersafety is temporarily closing its operations until further notice. The closure will last for as long as there is no guarantee that pilots can arrive to Helsinki for their training.

Meanwhile we’re staying positive, continue to monitor the updates of Coronavirus quarantine and preparing to reopen the facilities within a few days after the travel bans are lifted and traveling is possible again.

Our Sales Director Hannu Marjoniemi (hannu.marjoniemi@coptersafety.com) and Training Administrator Krista Soini (krista.soini@coptersafety.com) are happy to answer any questions and inquiries you might have.

On behalf of all of the Coptersafety employees, I thank you for your support and understanding, both in the good and now the difficult times that we’re experiencing.

Please take a good care of yourselves and stay safe!

Erkka Suvikumpu

CEO of Coptersafety

Coptersafety COVID-19 update

Dear Customers,

As safety is at the core of our business, we want to protect our community during the recent COVID-19 virus outbreak. Coptersafety is closely monitoring the status of the outbreak and its potential adverse impact on our ability to operate.

Coptersafety is limiting its operation and have precautions in place to ensure a healthy training to our customers. However, due to the Governmental travel restrictions to/from Finland, we cannot necessarily commit to providing you the previously assigned instructor. Therefore, we offer you the possibility to reschedule your booked training for another, more suitable time without any penalties.

Please do not hesitate to contact our Training Admin Ms. Krista Soini (krista.soini@coptersafety.com) or our Sales Director Mr. Hannu Marjoniemi (hannu.marjoniemi@coptersafety.com) for more information.

Coptersafety Maintenance team will continue working on-site, however, majority of our office staff will be working remotely from home– you can still contact us via email (info@coptersafety.com).
